About Us

The CoverMe Foundation was conceived as an organization to improve the overall health of citizens in our local communities as well as throughout the United States by assisting consumers in their efforts to locate and access healthcare coverage. Drawing from community resources, government assistance and select corporate partnerships the Foundation strives to facilitate reductions in the number of the uninsured and to improve the overall quality of life for our nation’s citizens.

The CoverMe Foundation’s mission is to help service the community via three key objectives: Advocate, Facilitate and Participate.

We seek to be an advocate for those within our communities on a variety of levels. This outreach allows the citizens of our communities to learn about assistance programs available to them, and ways to access and benefit from those programs for which they are eligible. By providing better awareness of the program availability, the Foundation helps to improve their lives and helps the individual’s effort towards improving their long-term health. However, advocating alone will not solve the uninsured problem. We recognize that the application process is confusing and daunting to many of the uninsured. Therefore, we first educate and then we assist the applicant via our facilitation expertise to gain access to programs for which they meet the technical guidelines.

The Foundation is committed to facilitate the process of qualifying citizens to become eligible for governmental, charity and community programs. To fulfill our mission, every person served by the Foundation or our partners is treated with the respect they deserve. We facilitate the application process by providing individuals counseling, instruction, and ongoing assistance throughout the complicated and time consuming application process for community health benefits.

Finally, we seek others to participate in our efforts in helping to enrich the quality of life of the uninsured. It has become clear that with participation of community, governmental and corporate entities the impact of The CoverMe Foundation will benefit individuals and families nationwide.
